I did it! first lucid dream after trying. Was very eerie, i talked to an “entity” in my dream. Here’s my journal from tonight:

——

I haven’t slept well tonight and stayed up from 2 to 4am. I knew this was prime dream time since it’s easier to fall into REM sleep. All i did was fall asleep with the intention to lucid dream.

I spawned in my bedroom and immediately became lucid. I spun around to stabilize the dream which worked. I opened the door and noticed i had subtle sensations of touch on the edge of the door. I pushed the door aside and continued.

I floated downstairs. It definitely felt like floating and not walking. The lightning was dark. The frames on the walls were all crooked like abstract art.

I floated into the living room. It was still dark, but it started to light up with beams of light all around. Some red light, some white. Was still very abstract, until I saw her.

A woman appeared, sitting in the corner of the room where the dining room table is in real life.

She was very beautiful, she looked like Marilyn monroe.

I floated up very close to her to make out the details of her face. She had curly white hair, red lipstick, makeup. Her face looked *very* detailed and real. Almost more real than real life.

She asked me a single question: “what is the earth meant for”

I stumbled to answer and said “to produce knowledge “

she was laughing at me stumbling to answer. Like she knew anything I said was going to be wrong, or she knew what i was thinking before i answered and was laughing at that, or maybe laughing at my thought process.

Then it ended. Very ominous question. Thats all i got for now. Until next time #dreamstr

Eventually people will figure out that THIS "reality" is the dream.

honestly dreams feel more like generative models. reality feels more structured and makes more sense. It’s weird when people prescribe “extra dimensions” and “astral projection “ to things that can be explained prosaically, especially since we already know how to build generative worlds. Now how we actually subjectively experience these worlds is the real head scratcher.

Reality feels more structured due to field coherence as a result of being embedded into the array where we experience things that can only be experienced here - space, time, matter and gravity - all being a result of the same phenomenon, charge collapse. Charge collapse being fundamental to consciousness.

Reality emerges from a higher degree of phase conjugate fractality. Of course in order to understand what I imagine most would view as overly esoteric physics, it takes a degree of re-evaluation of the fundamental understanding of the world through a different lens, as well as the knowledge from ancient times where this was better understood than it is today, at least to some extent.

In the dream state, the brain has less coherence within the array, so your experiences are less embedded and don't feel as real, at least not without practice with the goal of increasing centripetal charge compression. Anything that destabilises coherence, be it drugs or a disconnected, nonconcious state of being (sleep) will alter our subjective experiences and their intensity.

The difference is that reality is confined to the physical aspects contained within the experience, whereas dreams are not.

"The dreamstate is where you receive mission updates, and the waking state runs the program."

This is based off of the work of Dan Winter.
