If I don't buy a house, I don't have to pay insurance. And worry about the boiler on top of that, I won't have to pay property taxes. If I own a business, oh man forget about it. I gotta sign my life away. I'll let somebody else be the house owner. I'll rent from them. I'll always have money for my rent. And for my bills, I won't buy a yacht or a mansion.
