That’s thoughtful. For me, I’m so thankful for audiobooks.
I have a few friends with ADD that find it extremely challenging to maintain focus for extended periods of time, making it difficult for them to read even a single chapter. So I will oftentimes highlight key passages or concepts that I want them to grasp before gifting them any book.
To anyone who has a friend with ADD and some extra time to spare, this approach can be an invaluable strategy.

I love audio books for traveling, but I always end up falling asleep on my flights 😅
You know, I think it’s OK to listen to music or anything as you fall asleep because somewhere our brain still hear it, right?
Sleep learning is fascinating. It seems that the information is stored in a part of the brain that is nearly inaccessible while you’re awake.

OK since you wanna be a smart ass, it is, it’s quite easily to brainwash somebody by getting them to listen to things repeatedly during their sleep. Hence why music has been one of the prime ways to do so for years. 🤣🤣🤣
I wasn’t trying to be a smartass 😂. I’m serious. I wish it were easy to take advantage of this life hack.
Yes, it’s a great way to fall asleep on a long flight. Books have the same effect on me, but I feel wide awake as soon as I close the book 😂. I love audiobooks for driving and walking.
😂 Yes, some kind of wake up zap does happen the exact second a book gets closed closed. I’ve experienced it 1st hand. 😂😂😂
Yeah driving is the best for me with Audio.
