Do I understand correctly that this cbdc will run in parallel to the existing system?
If so, how would it work? People can exchange normal euro for cbdc euro?
You'll have a wallet with the central bank. You pay digitally. Like you can already do with your phone or credit card. They control what you spend money on. They will get rid of cash. Not in the beginning. But eventually.
