Cut them all out of your diet for a few months, and then try adding them back in. You’ll feel it right away. You just don’t notice because that’s what your body has been accustomed to it’s whole life.

The thing I can't get past with cutting carbs is that our ancestors ate carbs and didn't have issues with them to the scale we do now. Something else is causing our issues. Seed oils perhaps and processing of our food.

Our ancestors didn’t eat carbs. They had some sparingly. It’s a massive myth. They ate carbs when times were hard. Meat was a sign that times were good. They suffered a lot when they ate carbs.
