Says he’s well aware that #Stackchain and stacks is not the same. And he reiterated his position that everything that is not Bitcoin is a security.

He understands there was no pre-mine, no investment contracts, and/or implications of profit from a collective endeavor. His biggest point of contention is the assertion that we are indeed, “Having Fun Stacking Sats.”
