Oh btw, because some people feel the need to point out the obvious: If you don't use a VPN, a relay knows your IP. If you didn't know that already, you should probably not touch computers.

and if you use a VPN, the vpn provider knows your IP.

And if you use tor, the edge node operator knows your IP. He doesn't know what you're up to, so you're safu. probably

And, regardless of what you do, your ISP knows your IP 🤯
