All of the workarounds for the latest Apple strong arm are just that. Bandaids.
This brings into clear focus the need to decentralize control of our technology.

It's why I moved from OS X to Linux years ago. If your software isn't free, neither are you. My last MacBook runs debian like a champ.

I was trying to downgrade back to Win7 from the even more horrible win10.
I have tried like 20 diff distros. Lite,Kali,Bodhi and Mint are my faves. Using Mint/Kali/Bodhi right now.
