The whole series looks worthwhile. I've read the Wilson one and the Ken Myers one. Used to be an avid listener of the Mars Hill Audio Journal until a few years ago.
I cannot believe this book has been around since 1994. Why wasn't I reading this *then*? What a humbling Providence.
