I believe Start9 is now calling it StartOS, and they're calling their hardware Server One and Server Pro.

That is correct. I missed the announcement but checked the Start9 web site and it is now StartOS (no longer EmbassyOS). I imagine when the next update comes out that will be one of the changes in the release as well...

Whatever they call it, they do make it easy for less technical folks to become more sovereign.
