Devs discussing stuff and then bringing out a concept and then taking feedback and reworking or discarding... companies usually do this BEFORE they publicly release the product to normal end users.

You are all just watching us make the wurst, like it's an open kitchen. We have integrated you into the development process.

Deal with it.

So you came up with food again. Now I really have to go and get some dinner. 🍽

We are the guinea pigs,

The canaries,

The rabbits in the lab.

We are the clinical trial gone wrong.

We are nostr.

Lol

Maybe some get put off by it/leave prematurely because of this but I find it fun.

Yeah, but I think that's okay. This isn't even "early adopting". It's like self-volunteering to be testers. Not everyone is cut out for that.

Testing is hard, it can cost you social capital, and it takes a lot of patience.

Agreed. I love it. Always did

Are people complaining about this?

No, but they're confusing "someone comes out from the kitchen with some wurst to taste, to ask if it needs more salt" with the beginning of mass-producing wurst for supermarkts.

We have some things that are butchery-level, so far, but the full factory is still being built.

I’m picturing an open source dev kitchen…hilarious

Doing this for years already 😂

😂
