Do you agree with Pierre that it (Bitcoin, Core) is a savings technology, and not a payments technology, then?
Whereas L2’s are the inverse (payments technology, and not the savings technology)?
Or is it foolish and impossible to distinguish - as they are both money MoE?
Is it spectrums?
