i believe all aspects of identity should be anchored in individual standing and expression

isn't the foundational claim of identity in law rooted in natural law and common law? or indigenous law?

how can we establish this primary jurisdiction to mediate and ground all subsequent applications of identity?

and acts as executor of the โ€œlegal personโ€?

lots to think about. hard to make sense of what I am saying via text.

i refer to jurisdictions of law. 3 main jurisdictions of law.

currently the legal person is in maritime jurisdiction (the "citizen-ship") but establishing status in higher jurisdictions means you become executor over the legal person.

bearing in mind "person" is from persona latin for mask.

the legal system (in which it is assumed that your identity is grounded) is maritime. i.e. "liquidity" "currency" etc ... If you look to most countries Bills of Exchange Act, which controls the money and negotiable instruments, you can see the whole legal canon is stated a being subordinate to merchant and common laws. there is your first clue.

iโ€™d be happy to have a call to explain further.

I study law in this area as well!

very good
