In the meantime you might consider the following:

1) download Sparrow Wallet

2) import xpub to Sparrow

3) familiarize yourself with sparrow and delete ledger live

4) prepare for transition to new device

Sparrow is brilliant. Take the time to figure it out. It’s worth it and easier than you think.
