Surely the badly phrased title means that the virus itself was a frozen zombie and not that the virus causes human zombies. We already have a genetically engineered virus for that….COVID. I am aware of a disagreement among biologists about whether viruses are living organisms or not, same argument about prions? Viruses generally are pretty fragile, hence the need for non-symptomatic reservoirs, ie Ebola in bats.
