Subnostr

So I just recently updated both my TestFlight nostr:npub18m76awca3y37hkvuneavuw6pjj4525fw90necxmadrvjg0sdy6qsngq955 to version 1.11 (10) and my iPhone to iOS 18.1.1 right around the same time.

Now Damus freezes and crashes at least once every time I use it. Most other apps still work fine, although I notice safari runs a bit slower (I do have hundreds of open tabs) which has never happened before.

Anyone else? Any fixes? #asknostr

Here too! Damus freezing and crashing irregularly soon after opening. Also updated iOS 18.1.1 around the same time.

When exactly does it happen? Any special actions that you take in order to get to the crashing state?

Hi, it’s happening just after opening and I think it’s as soon as I begin to scroll. It crashes/closes the app. But it’s not happening all of the time and only started recently.

I’m trying to pay more attention to what else I’m doing/have open on the phone at the time it happens to see if that makes a difference.

Also it is usually only when I first open the app for the day. I tend to be in and out of the app on most days but the crashes are only ever first use of the day.

How many mute words do you have?

I haven’t set any mute words but do have a bunch of muted accounts… it usually freezes on startup, or if I navigate to another app and then sideways-swipe back to Damus
