In the USA? Hmm, not so sure. Only because we tend to repeat whatever dumb shit goes on in the States a couple of years later.
A civil war, where people wish each other good morning and have a fine day would be ok. You know, some actual civility.
How did I never hear the "civility" in "civil war" ? 🤯
