Matsue Castle

One of my favourite things to do in #Japan is to visit the castles.

The architecture and design of the castles as well as the moats always fascinates me.

You can see first hand, the philosophy of self defence/ self preservation.

This philosophy can be applied to the life of oneself. Protect yourself and your loved ones like your life depends on it because it does.

You can always rebuild a castle but you cannot rebuild your life once lost.

Health is wealth.
