i read disclaimer before approval
I read it as a final parting shot before he concedes and approves. Also a bit of don't think letting bitcoin in means each new meme token is getting in too.
I definitely see shitcoiners who think bitcoin approval means a bonk or eloncumrocket or pepe approval is only a couple of weeks away.
Only someone who thinks of Bitcoin as being in the same basket as crypto would get that from this thread.
Gensler knows and has said Bitcoin is not a security (which literally means Bitcoin is not the same as crypto)
