So let us be clear, this is a call for the state to censor #Bitcoin (https://nitter.moomoo.me/search?q=%23Bitcoin). Now consider the spaceboi thesis. There is no other power. States mining as "power projection" could only be about state censorship (vs. just buying some coin, ala El Salvador).
