The dog and I had a nice walk - he found several sticks - and then I mediated for 21 min and took a cold shower. The coffee tastes like soap for some reason - user error 😂

Aiming to have a good attitude with a longish list of annoying tasks that I must get done. But I’m grateful to have work in this economy.
