I think...
1. He was only ordered to post the court order temporarily on his websites, he is free to say he is satoshi
2. Is he still suing core?
3. The money freezing was to ensure copa costs would be paid, it was a specific amount not all funds
Now my understanding of the last verdict, when he lost the case and could no longer claim to be Satoshi was:
1. He could no longer claim to be Satoshi Nakamoto.
2. He was no longer allowed to sue anybody in relation to anything to do with Bitcoin - worldwide
3. All his funds, globally, were being seized so he wouldn't have any money to do this again.
1. His new X moniker of @CsTominaga refers to:

Which is a pretty clear indication that he still claims to be Satoshi
2. He is breaking the ruling against him by suing BTC core
3. He should have any money to be able to afford to sue anybody and his backer Calvin Ayre no longer is prepared to back him financially.
So none of this makes any sense.
