Just tried to open a channel with C=.

Wonky stuff happened in channel opening flow, they keep disconnecting, but the channel was still funded and broadcasted.

However the channel is STATIC_REMOTE_KEY, which sucks. It is 2024, anchor channels have been around for a long time at this point.

Future channels:

`lncli openchannel --channel_type anchors`

LND might force close more often (at least that was the vibe) but at least anchor channels dont make the process unbearable in high/variable fee environments.
