I’ve been debating with myself about this for at least a week. I was a little reluctant to share these thoughts because i can see how it could come across the wrong way. Yesterday I had some good discussion on nostr with a few people who made some great points and gave me more to think about. I figured it’s just better to put my thoughts out there and have the open conversation. I don’t think there’s a “right” or “wrong” way to zap, but when I put it in the context of me tipping a performer, or a writer or artist’s tip jar , very small amounts that amount little more than a penny just don’t feel like enough. But zapping is also just plain fun, so I can see the draw of sending lots of tiny zaps for the fun of it. Ultimately people should zap what they are comfortable with. 💜
