We all downloaded #[3] at the right time …. I still see #zaps on #notes from where I am….

Not on the new update. #zaps are gone and therefore so is Damus.

Yep. I didn’t update. Not sure how long I can stay on the old version, but I’m planning to keep it and maybe use alternatives like Plebst and Nostur when they add some functionality I’ll find vital.

Keeping a #zap supporting Damus is a tribute to gods of #zaps and a cool flexing tool 😄

Except they no longer work. Just an icon.

All the other clients have everything Damus had as far as functionality... #zaps on notes and everything.

Plebstr, Nostrmo, Nostur, Current, and Iris ALL have all the same features.

That will be gone as soon as Apple removes it and all Testflight versions will no longer work. It has already been declared. Just a matter of time now.

Maybe Birdman is talking about having updated to the TestFlight version. The original is still in the App Store as of now, BTW. I saw an Apple Support tweet in the #[6] tweet thread. Maybe there’s hope…
