Why is that a good thing, you think?
I think the 2030 agenda mostly responds to what centralized countries want from the world and maintain the international division of labor regardless of the development of others.
There are many healthy goals, to disguise many other perverse goals. It is a complex issue with grey areas, but as long as peripheral countries do not have a place on the UN Security Council or the power to veto laws there, it is all window dressing.
