Back in the days…

deep in the fiat mines.

I was a tech sales leader at salesforce covering european markets.

Leading multiple sales teams.

Hiring 3–5 humans every single week.

Huge entry tickets required.

Top universities & top grades.

€180k entry packages.

Relocation to dublin…

Europes little Silicon Valley.

On paper…elite.

In reality…mostly trained parrots.

After months of interviews I changed the rules.

I removed the barriers. All of them.

No fancy CV worship, university, religion or gender.

No pedigree obsession.

I started hunting for something else.

Hungry wolves.

“Street smart” minds.

People who never got invited to the table.

The “experienced leaders” laughed at me 🤡

I smiled back🖕🏼

My territory my rules.

I built a team of hungry wolves from the streets.

Not perfect but hungry as fuck.

Curious & fearless.

Uncomfortable with comfort.

Willing to learn.

6 months later…

I became the most successful sales leader across the entire salesforce organisation.

The new team set the new bar for every other team.

Not because of me.

Because hungry people outperform entitled talent every single time.

My only job was simple…

Stay out of their fucking way.

Teach em.

Protect them from internal politics and corporate clown noise.

Help&support where I can.

That was my last fiat job.

2022.

I retired from corporate clown world…

Chose to live on the Bitcoin standard.

Never looked back.

I learned something during that time.

Don’t worship resumes…

Do fucking not underestimate hunger.

And definitely do not confuse polish with power.
