Update: Still not received majority of the sats (50k). The withdrawal has been pending on stacker news for 4 days. I've been able to send batches of 3k no problem. I'm likely going to assume those sats are lost after a week and only withdraw in smaller amounts.
Discussion
Do you have enough inbound liquidity on Phoenix?
Yes, I also bought 250k more liquidity and have a fair amount to pay the fees. Unless there is something I am missing then unsure.

I've been a bit hesitant to contact them incase it's an error on my part. Stacker News have been nothing but perfectly reliable thus far, and I've never had issues beforehand. When I first got SN a while ago, I wasn't fully understanding on lightning.
I get it but it doesn't usually take 4 days so figured it was worth it to tag them in case there is a bigger problem on their side. Best case scenario, it's just an error on your side 🤷♂️
Appreciate it anyways! I'll see how things progress.
Since you are using Phoenix, how big was your initial inbound transaction? That would limit the amount of sats you can receive in total
My first? 52,000 sats. I then deposited 163,000 from onchain and used that for some real life stuff.
This should've cleared up now. It was an issue on our end. We had a bug that wouldn't settle previously tried invoices in our ledger.
When we noticed this bug, I think your withdrawal was one of 4 that ran into this issue. In your case, the failed payment was refunded to your account once we deployed the fix.
Sorry I missed this!
