I'm really a lot more comfortable and able to keep up when the subject of cars (and sometimes aviation) come up than the latest fashion, skincare, make-up, nails and whatever else other women are into these days. Someone asked me what my skincare routine is. "Water and face soap", my brother to the rescue and answered for me. 😅
I think my brain goes haywire when someone talks about fashion and the likes. And this is why I only have 2 female friends left. But they're also petrolheads like me.
Mine isn't cars, I smoke cigars and drink scotch and bourbon with the guys. I wash my face with shampoo and occasionally wear makeup. My hairstyle is a side braid. I get razzed to no end and actually got asked to twirl when I wore a dress and heels to the cigar lounge. They're my boys and I'm like a mama hen and I wouldn't have it any other way. But I do love getting a pedicure and most times if I get my nails done it's black or a dark colored shellac polish. Jeans, t-shirts, and side braids for the win 🎉. Tomboys4lyfe 😂😂

Engineering 🥳 I guess you just need not to burn when going out and anyway are in harsh conditions of mountains and cold so skin is covered, nails are covered, face is covered and for sure you have some warm jacked so not freezing to death makes fashion ✅😂
I guess this is why I love and look forward to winter. I don't have to try or show anything much other than a finger.. when necessary. 😅
