It’s not enough to tax you when you die after taxing you your whole life (which is already ridiculous)… now they want to tax you 110% and force your kids to pay the balance or forfeit everything?

Taxation is theft AND extortion.

Sometimes it's better to Google in private rather than asking silly questions in public 😉

There's an exemption of ~$300k and a rate between 10% and 55% to be applied on everything over that threshold
