You only have to avoid a few relays to stop posting to mostr but a number of the big ones will carry the activitypub posts into your feed.

Note that only the instances with a recent 'last seen' date will be actively blocking the bridge and it is possible to block without advertising it but almost all instances do.

Yep but there are a lot of instances. Right now out of the big ones only mstdn dot social & infosec dot exchange are blocking us and I hope that as we grow if our community starts providing value with breaking news & interesting commentary they will feel the need to unblock us.
yea those 2 instances are pretty big, mods do what they like, the only thing im jealous about fedi is they have nice 3rd party apps
nostr breaks fedi type moderation nearly completely because you can just route around it , and likely already have routes via alternate relays
meh the fedi will become irrelevant soon as nostrs growth is epic
