Bro I know. I have public and private key. But amathyst isn't asking for both it's only asking for one or the other I put in my private key and it's still asking for the private.

Public key is derived from private key. You only need to put the private in hex or nsec format.
If you have input your nsec and it keeps asking for a private key reboot your phone, friend that joined had that issue as well
