Do you ever just feel burned out? Like you are just kinda are sick of your current situation, that's kinda how I'm feeling recently, time for a change just don't know what.

If No, there’s your reason likely.

I made a switch to coding (data engineering) afterwards.

As for switching to coding. I took a few months off from work to atleast gain some experience on some course platforms. Then I just tried to get a job at those companies that will hire non-techies and teach them on the job. I eventually got hired and learned everything on the job. Like, pretty much 100% I learned on the job.
