As a new person I quit confused. What is " #plebchain " i see the word almost everywhere at nostr what is the meaning of it? Also i see some other words and hashtags peoples use i don't know about that those are also if you want to share popular words and hashtags in nostr and ofcourse with meaning it's a pleasure to learn from community.
