Yum..

Cut up beef cubes and home grown pepper. Stir fried. Made a sauce to shake it in from BBQ, Peanut Butter, Vegemite, Soy Sauce, Sweet and Sour. Then serve over rice.

Yeah UK yeast extract. Different, bit more tangy but lovely addition to a vegetable based gravy
