I don't get this hustle culture. Yes I want to have more money and I want to enjoy my work but I don't want to work all the time.

I want to optimise for leisure time and time with my family.

I have some friends who love David Goggins. The guy never takes vacation because he "goes hard all the time". That sounds like torture!
