Real diversity is a diversity of thought.
This is why those who rule over you, and those who rule over THEM, promote such racist forms of so called diversity like color of skin.
This is because they NEED to define diversity (wrong), so that in a room full (or school full, or factory full, or corporation full) of people nodding slack jawed at what they are told to believe, will all look around themselves and be amazed at the diversity that they exist in.

The current popularized version of diversity is so unbelievably backward as to be approaching literal insanity.
Diversity is not about doing people favors or giving them special treatment. Instead, it turns out that it’s actually a good idea to seek out those with different perspectives and ways of thinking.
Yes, skin color and sexual orientation etc sometimes correlates with different experiences and ways of perceiving the world. But if you think it necessarily does, or only seek out the people from these groups who have the same opinions as you, you have missed the entire goddamned point.
For fucks sake. We live in such a clown world.
