Actually it is very easy in india as Most of the women in India don’t go for a job and handle house work and help their children in their homework.
But in the last 10 years, women did start working in few big cities.

No its not like that. In my state, i know many companies who are hiring based on applicant’s talent and skills. And this is becoming more common nowadays as degrees are becoming worthless
