No, would be bad.
If you make the amount small enough for everyone to be affordable, bots will probably pay it, too.
If you make the amount too high, it's another income for content providers who already screw with your brain through ads and I bet you they won't reduce ads for an additional source of income.
They'd just keep it the same.
See the PayPal & Squared wallet suckers, who changed the rules on refunds. Even if you are confirmed to not owe a refund, you still have to pay the percentage fee.
So, if someone buys something for several hundred bucks by misclicking or whatever being reason & want an instant refund, you immediately lose, for example, 27 bucks for literally no business at all. Nothing.
Now multiply this with several refunds a week/month, depending on your business.
This is just one small proof, that providers would just not give a damn & not reduce any other nuisance & pricing, if they received micro-payments in addition to their current income sources.
