Energy/Matter conservation suggests that if it rains artificially in Texas - it won’t rain naturally somewhere else.
Worse than that, efficiency, lol. Saving small plant in Texas at the price of killing larger plant somewhere else where nature meant it to rain.
In reality it’s likely even worse, precision is probably shit. So most artificially induced rains are likely induced in the desert, lol.
Although, gotta say, it is eco-friendly long term since it reduces efficiency of farming. The faster humans extinct - the better for the eco-system.
