I think crunchy = granola = environmentally-minded (just guessing)

I have a couple of memory foam pillows which also have lots of little pieces inside and also like them

Thanks that makes sense. I like these pillows because they come with extra foam so you can fluff them up or flatten them if you want.

I have one medium thickness one and one fat one.
