Thanks Jeff, I don’t hold any hard feelings against anyone, because as it was stated from the beginning, this is an experimental feature of Green. I just hope the team can improve the experience based on my feedback, and put more resources on the user support side.
I am out here field testing these products, and it doesn’t feel great to have your support tickets go unanswered for months. I am resourceful enough, and fortunate to be so well connected across the industry, but others would have simply given up, and that might be the only touchpoint they ever have with bitcoin.
