I have been struggling with those exact thoughts for the past year... I was thinking a lot about Switzerland too. But now they seem to force Bitcoin companies to do KYC as well. Madeira seems interesting...

I also thought at some point for New Zealand but it's way too far and isolated.

Did you see their Covid response? 2020 highlighted a lot of unsafe countries.

I knew someone that was really successful in New Zealand, but left to retire early in Italy ~20 years ago, complaining that NZ was already too Socialist.
