hi, can I ask you something? Difference between military and normal pushups?
Because when I need to make 17 pushups I do pushups with arms nearest to my body.

Main difference is the hand positioning. With military, the hands are right underneath the shoulders, keeping the arms close to the body throughout the movement. With regular, hands are slightly wider than shoulder width apart.
