to create a Bitccoin asic, what is the minimum ammount of transistors required ? Does anyone know that?

Thanks , as bitcoin is sha256(sha256(data)) wouldnt you need 2 cores in series?
also i was asking about how many transistors are required to create a single sha256 core... do you maybe know the answer?
