I for one am happy you made the switch. How about we discuss how aml kyc measures erode due process?

E.g. kyc rules assume funds are illicit until you can prove Who you are and source of funds.

Completely bypasses the assumption of innocence until proven guilty. Bypasses warrants for seizure, etc

Also, all possible because the us is still in a state of emergency from 9/11?

I'll leave that discussion to the courts and café lawyers. I have my own opinions but they aren't relevant to the practical application of an AML program within an institution nor are they appropriate for interpretation of regulatory expectations.
