Replying to Avatar Nostrilandia

When a relay goes down, and then comes back online, does it collect what was missed from clients or other relays?

I know we have the other relays to keep things running. Just curious.

I don't think so, clients are not that smart currently.

But a relay could sync missed events from other relays, so it depends on damus configuration.
