If you die from Caffeine, how the heck is it Panera Bread's fault? For 1 they would have had to drink either an insane amount of they're lemonade to die, 2 wouldn't you already have to have an intolerance to caffeine? Suing them over this is DUMB! That's like suing the the saw company cause you put your hand in it.
