Listening to this one now, and wanted to discuss the free speech section. I’ll just provide my thoughts in relation to US. The corporations can decide whatever they want to allow/disallow on their platform. That has nothing to do with 1A. The Government cannot tell them to remove US Citizens speech from said platforms. That is 1A. The Government can absolutely force them to remove foreign speech. There should be no interpretation that North Korea or Iran or even Australian citizens/entities have 1A rights in The US. I would even go a step farther and say the US Federal Government has a duty to protect the US from foreign speech/propaganda on US networks.
