Replying to Change this if you want

Noise is coming from plastic panels flexing. Removed pillar plastic panel and installed sound dending. That’s what Toyota found out. Have no idea where it’s even located 😅

Ohh nice. Inside, wow. I read your comment again and thought inner fender guards or hubcap. Noises are weird AF to track down. They travel. Glad you got it figgered.
